The machine is totally built using St St aisi 316 L.
The containers are inserted during the filling phase or liquid filling phase, by means of feeding-output belt with universal joint, with speed setting.
The liquid is filled into the feeding hopper by the main pump and, by the hopper float, it controls the constant quantity of the liquid. From the hopper, the liquid is then transferred to the discharge duct and, through passage holes, it fills the containers on the conveyor belts, up to overflowing. After the filling phase, the containers are hit by an air jet generated by the blower at the exit, to eliminate the eccess quantity of liquid from the containers, so that to create the top vacuum.

The RLG/20 is equipped with two pumps: the first one for the filling of the feeding hopper, the second, moved by the float placed into the recovery tank, for re-inserting into the hopper the eccess liquid gathered into the tank itself.
The electric panel is on the machine, made of STST 304 equipped with PLC and operator panel for machine management.
The machine is equipped with EC safety means.
